Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Graded Text (the "Service"). This is a placeholder document: review and replace this text with real terms before launch.

2. The Service

Graded Text rewrites text you submit so that it conveys the same meaning, facts, names and numbers using substantially different wording and sentence structure, optionally matching a tone-of-voice document you provide.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the text you submit and the rewrites generated from it. You are responsible for having the right to submit any text or tone-of-voice document you upload, and for how you use the output.

4. Plans and billing

The Service is offered on metered monthly plans, each with a maximum number of texts per month. Billing is handled through Stripe; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to mislead others about its origin in a harmful way.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every rewrite will be completely free of factual drift, and you should review generated text before relying on it.
